With over 13 years of business operating and investing experience, Hailey has a demonstrated track record of success. She has advised F500 companies, small businesses, and investment firms operating in healthcare, technology, and industrials. Her business investments have raised over $1 billion and had 5 exits. She has worked with diverse teams across 4 continents.

Hailey earned a scholarship to study finance at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania when she was 16 years old. She later earned her MBA from INSEAD, the #1 ranked international business school. 

Hailey has seen firsthand how small business can transform livelihoods. Her mother struggled to find work when she immigrated to the US. But upon launching a Chinese acupuncture clinic, their family was able to buy their first home and fulfill the American Dream.
