About Hailey Hu

I came to the U.S. as a child with my mother, both of us chasing the American dream with little more than grit and hope. We didn’t have much—but we worked hard. I saw her start a small business, and step by step build for us a better life. That journey shaped who I am and gave me a deep appreciation for what it takes to grow and sustain a business—not just the numbers, but the heart, the people, and the community it serves.  

My work has always been about making a meaningful difference. I’ve worked in healthcare innovation, helped rural communities in Uganda and India connect to vital services, and invested in and supported small businesses. These experiences taught me how powerful it can be when values and purpose guide leadership.  

Now, I’m focused on continuing that legacy by acquiring and growing a business with strong values and a people-first culture. My goal is to be a steward of something special—to honor the foundation you have built, take care of your team, and help the company thrive in its next chapter.
