About Hailey Hu

I came to the U.S. as a child with my mother, both of us chasing the American dream with little more than grit and hope. I saw her start a small business, which enabled us to buy a home and support my business education at Wharton. That journey shaped who I am and gave me a deep appreciation for small business entrepreneurship.

My work has always been about making a meaningful difference. I have: 

• Led strategic transformations and clinical innovations for F500 healthcare companies that improved access and affordability for millions of patients  
• Helped entrepreneurs like you raise over $1Bn and achieve growth and successful exits 
• Connected rural communities in Uganda and India with vital technology and services 

These experiences taught me how powerful it can be when values and purpose guide leadership. 

Now, I’m focused on continuing that journey by acquiring and growing a business with strong values and a people-first culture. I will be fully committed to your business and my goal is to honor the foundation you have built, take care of your team, and help the company thrive in its next chapter.
