About Hailey Hu

I came to the U.S. as a child with my mother, both of us chasing the American dream with little more than grit and hope. We didn’t have much, but we worked hard. I saw her start a small business, which enabled us to buy a home and fund my education at UPenn. That journey shaped who I am and gave me a deep appreciation for small business entrepreneurship.

My work has always been about making a meaningful difference. I’ve worked in healthcare innovation, led strategic transformations for F500 companies while at Accenture, helped rural communities in Uganda and India connect to vital services, and invested in and supported entrepreneurs like you as a venture capital investor. These experiences taught me how powerful it can be when values and purpose guide leadership.  

Now, I’m focused on continuing that journey by acquiring and growing a business with strong values and a people-first culture. I will be fully committed to your business and my goal is to honor the foundation you have built, take care of your team, and help the company thrive in its next chapter.
